Who are Dental Partner?

Dental Partner is a company comprising of individuals who are known for their services and knowledge within the dental industry and are able to offer a specific range of services to dental professionals. Dental Partner is a one-stop-shop allowing dental practices to choose the services they require – whether this is for regulatory requirements such as audits and legionella testing or other services including staff training, warranties and access to consumer credit.

The Dental Partner team understands that today’s dental practice has evolved into a business. There is constant pressure being placed on the dental professional’s time to maintain the ever-increasing regulatory requirements demanded by professional bodies and Government including auto-enrollment pensions, minimum wage, data protection. Requirements that cannot, and must not, be ignored.

We understand that time is a finite resource in a busy practice, and by utilising the services offered by Dental Partner, the professional’s time can remain focused on patient treatment.

What costs are involved with arranging finance through Dental Partner?

There is no cost for arranging a finance facility through Dental Partner. However, the lender charges a subsidy, which is a percentage of the loan amount, and this will vary with the loan period. Dental Partner has facilities with lenders so that a practice can offer 12 months interest-free and no Finance Conduct Authority (FCA) licence is required.

Alternatively, should the practice wish to offer their patients longer periods to repay, then an interest-bearing facility is available, but a licence from the FCA is required. Dental Partner can assist if you wish to apply for your licence from the FCA who will charge an application fee.

Do you provide finance sales training for my dental practice?

Yes, Dental Partner provides an on-going training programme that enables practice staff to learn how to approach patients regarding access to finance and payment options so that they can achieve their perfect smile. Our training course counts towards their CPD score.
